Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original Nubeo presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
